Hello friends! My name is Dr. Umanoff and I am the owner of LuxDen Dental Center in Brooklyn, New York. My team and I would like to welcome you to our office in the heart of Sheepshead Bay! We have been changing the lives of our patients, one smile at a time, for the past 20 plus years. For my staff and myself, the most important aspect has always been the satisfaction and comfort of all our patients. This is why when you become a patient at our office, you also become a member of our extended family!

There is no “one size fits all” when it comes to patients, every case requires an individual approach, method, treatment, and plan execution. It is important for me that everyone on the team is aligned with our office culture and shares our goals and passions. This is why I personally hand select professionals and assistants who are just as excited about helping people and delivering excellent results as I am! My goal at LuxDen is to provide world class service and truly help people achieve their optimal oral health and wellness.

My approach to each patient is simple, I treat the whole person and not just their teeth. Many people misunderstand dentistry and claim it isn’t as important as other medical fields. This is simply not the case! Dentistry is the ONLY medical field that actually helps PREVENT dental related disease and other problems by treating and then eliminating the symptoms and thus the root cause of multiple issues. Many diseases and illnesses have their start in the mouth and gums, so by addressing any problems or issues that arise from their beginning stages, we can quickly return the patient’s health to the proper parameters. Proper oral and dental care and maintenance helps PREVENT more serious complications and increase quality of life for YOU.

My personal passion has always been the field of Dental Implantology. This is an amazing, predictable and most importantly, life changing field of dentistry that truly enhances and improves people’s lives! When planning a procedure, my personal approach is very hands-on. I personally lay out the treatment from A to Z and take the patient step by step through the procedure from start to finish. I have been planning and placing dental implants for over 15 years. Since embarking on my professional journey, I have completed and obtained degrees in two countries and believe it’s important to continue my education to this day. There is so much to learn as technology and methods are constantly changing and upgrading. My team and I will always strive to provide you with the utmost best care and stay positive that you remain our patient and extended family member for many years to come!
